How can Fortis ASR develop and strengthen the brand with intermediaries and help them to achieve actual sales, within the parameters of the Dutch Financial Services Act?

Approach

Intermediaries can create all their marketing materials, such as printed advertisements, web pages and e-mail advertising, online via an internet portal based on the MOM ChannelOne module. They can choose from two design styles, four colour ranges, various product topics and customer profiles, all based on different life phases such as young adults, families with children and elderly people. By combining this with their own address data they can create a professional design around their own merchandise. In this way the intermediary can compile personalised, digitally printed brochures and send them to (prospective) customers within three days. In all cases, this is carried out with respect for the neutrality required under the new Financial Services Act.

Result

After two years, an increasing number of intermediaries are using the services, with the support and direct sales opportunities seen as major benefits. This has strengthened the relationship between Fortis ASR and the intermediaries.
