Challenge

How can Fortis Bank develop and strengthen the brand without restricting the marketing freedom of local branches? Or conversely: how can branches benefit locally from nationwide campaigns and respond rapidly to local developments, such as construction projects? By creating a national brand and local business!

Approach

To assist branches, a Local Market Forces department was created. This service has been available for quite some time, but was very labour-intensive. By using smart software, branches can customise templates for marketing materials such as advertisements, posters and leaflets. Sixtyseven's ChannelOne software relieves branches and the central marketing organisation of a great deal of work.

Result

Materials are more easily available and the processing time is much shorter, so better use is made of resources. This means increased marketing efforts and the retention of a clear corporate image.
